Customer Service Agent |
| Job Summary |
| The Lead Customer Service Agent assists
in the supervision of the contact Center. Ensures that quality customer
services are provided during the shift. Assists with the routine day to
day operations of the ContacatCenter. Responsible for independently
asse4ssing and processing inbound calls to accomplish a satisfactory
outcome for a customer, as well as the Bank. These calls require
initiative and judgment, and errors may cause considerable confusion and
adversely affect customer relationships. Monday through Friday. Some
Saturdays required. Hours 2:45 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. |
| Job Functions |
- Assist customers with account information
- Demonstrate knowledge of United Bank's products and services and
match them appropriately to customer needs
- Performance of other projects, tasks, or duties as assigned or
requested.
- Assists with managing the Contact Center and accomplishing its
goals.
- Assists with sales support training, coaching, recognition and
subordinate development.
- Confers with the Manager in resolving routine staff problems.
- Provides support to staff in resolving customer issues.
- Provide Exceptional customer service by telephone.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- Quick learner, energetic, articulate, and detail oriented.
- Must exercise some judgment with moderate supervision.
- Be knowledgeable of bank products, and able to answer basic
customer inquiries.
- Must have outstanding telephone and people skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to answer basic customer inquiries
- Must be available to work some Saturdays as scheduled.
- Some Banking Experience
- Ability to handle more than one task at a time.
- Ability to deal tactfully with customers and co-workers.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality a must.
- Handle sensitive information of the bank and customers in
confidence.
- Must be flexible and willing to work hours/days as needed by
department.
- Previous managerial/supervisory experience a plus.
- Demonstrate a "team" attitude toward the bank and coworkers.
- Successful completion of in-house training and orientation.
- Handle sensitive of the bank and customers in confidence.
- Display a high degree of character and ethics.
- Represent the bank in a professional manner within the community.
- Comply with the bank's internal Personnel Policy.
- Sign release to allow United Bank to perform a credit and criminal
background check. Must have, and maintain a satisfactory personal
financial record and background history.
- Professional dress and demeanor required.
- High School Diploma or GED.

via the telephone. To assist customers with account relationships and

through Friday. Some Saturdays. Two positions available: one shift is
10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.; the other is 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. |
